Digital Services & Non-Tangible Products
Since we offer digital services (such as SEO, backlink building, DA/DR improvement, content marketing, etc.), no physical product is delivered and the service work begins promptly after order confirmation.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
- Service not delivered within the agreed timeframe and no communication provided regarding delays.
- Duplicate payment made by the client for the same order.
- Mistaken order placement reported immediately (within 24 hours of payment and before the work has begun).
If work has already started or backlinks/content has been created/published, refunds will not be issued.
Non-Refundable Situations
You are not eligible for a refund in the following scenarios:
- You change your mind after placing the order.
- You fail to provide the necessary access, data, or instructions required to complete the service.
- You are unhappy with SEO results due to unrealistic expectations or industry-wide limitations (e.g., algorithm changes, niche competitiveness).
- Service was completed and delivered as promised.
Requesting a Refund

- Your full name
- Order details
- Reason for the refund request
We’ll review your request and respond within 5 business days. If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Modifications & Cancellations
If you wish to modify or cancel a service order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.
